The cottage is tastefully decorated and very well equipped.  There is an open plan kitchen / dining room, a very cosy sitting room boasting comfy sofas, antique rugs, a Clearview wood burner and a Bose music system. Many books, games and DVDs are provided together with Sky TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with downlighting, brand new units, granite worktops, plate rack, range cooker, microwave, integrated dishwasher, washing machine and a lovely old oak butcher’s block for extra preparation space. The kitchen opens onto the garden where there is a small area just outside ideal for breakfast and coffee plus another small seating area for outdoor eating / drinking.

The dining room is brand new and provides a very light and airy space for eating together. Again there is downlighting, oak floors, an antique rug, double doors to the garden and an old renovated dresser which is fully equipped and blends in beautifully with the antique style table and chairs.

Downstairs also boasts a Victorian style bathroom with bath and separate shower plus the usual facilities including towel rail, radiator, WC and sink.

Upstairs houses three light and  spacious bedrooms all carpeted and having antique rugs. They are decorated in keeping with the age of the cottage and boast period iron beds, antique wardrobes and chests and the highest quality mattresses, linen and bed covers.

Overall, the location, fantastic garden, cosy character, tasteful décor and top quality fittings, make Fisherman’s Cottage an ideal place for a group of friends to enjoy the attractions of Ludlow whilst being able to come back to a warm and comfortable environment in a friendly and active village.
